We are the fashion statements of Spring 2009. Flash Lightning would not even stay still.

Spring Break was a blast but it left me whipped. No trips to Disney or a far away beach, just the lake but I still took a licking. Maybe I was beat when we left?

Maybe I am old. Faith's DS game, Brain Age calculated my brain age at 62 one day last week. I must be pure mush.
And blogger added a new tab: MONETIZE? Must be the spur of bad economy....?
In other news, my middle sister, Meredith is having a baby. Miracle # 2 in 2009, we are so thankful to God for His perfect timing and blessing. Thanksgiving will be so neat and I am sure my added 5 will add to the excitement! I guess I will make the Lemon Icebox Pie. :)
I practiced on the pie this past week & I ate about 1/2 of it myself. I ate and ate and ate since I
was off my peel-me-off-the-ceiling-routine-each-evening, I now look 3mos prego.

I did run 2 mornings but the hills made me cut my huge goal of 10 minutes of non stop running to 5. I regress to tell you I cannot reach the goal without Whitesnake & Stevie Nicks. I am thinking of adding these to my play list since according to my brain age, I was 15 in 1962. Actually, I most likely could move faster if listening to Twist & Shout.
The last day of Spring Break was Sunday and my children all slept late as I furiously prayed about how I was going to strip them out of their beds so I could be at church on Sunday to work in the nursery. The good Lord performed a miracle and the girls woke up at 8:30 and we woke Will at 9:20. They were so rested and happy, I had to document it.
And, since I bet it was our last cold snap, I had to get a pic. Here is Gap Girl who smiles for her mother, Beat-to-my-own-drummer girl & my Ma-bought-me-this-hunting-shirt- for- 25- cents at-a -garage-sale-boy!
