the computer got nothing! What? They said there was not a thing wrong with it? WHAT?! Then, why does it keep crashing? They said it must be my accessories that are hooked up & to hook them up one at a time until the problem happens again. Then, un-install & re-install that program. I thought that was why I hired them, anyway, I'm back...
