I sound like we are the Clampetts, we look like them. You should see our cars and the stuff packed in the garage. Hopefully, Gustav will stay to the east of us (or just disappear) but b/c we do not know, they are calling for voluntary evacuations. So, see ya. :)

Hi Hilary,
Hope all goes well with your evac. We left today at around 3:30 and made it to Katy at around 7:30. Of course before we did all of this we moved ALL of my belongings into our new house and prayed that everything would be okay. We don't even have any plywood to board up at the new house so we are hoping that the house holds. Of course my mother's house is sold and is set to close on 9/15 and we didn't have any boards for her house either soooo, I'm hoping that all is well and we can come back home SOON!!!! May God Bless and keep us, and everyone else who is leaving.
